Are you curious about Ignatian spirituality or the Spiritual Exercises? Do you have a spiritual hunger? We invite you to La Cueva - an introductory and experiential half-day retreat that invites you to a deeper understanding of finding God in all things and Ignatian styles of prayer and meditation.
The First Spiritual Exercises (FSE) retreat is an accessible and flexible way to experience Ignatian spirituality. This retreat involves: personal daily prayer, journaling, and weekly small group spiritual sharing over the course of five weeks.
God is calling you to fulfill your unique purpose in life! Discover God’s call on your life by identifying your spiritual gifts. Participants will have the opportunity to gain greater self-awareness and a deepening desire to discover God’s unique call for their lives.
